Legal Agreements Bundle

To solidify the Club’s activities, it needs legal agreements between the various parties involved in the Club and its operations. These agreements need to be designed in careful cooperation with a legal expert to ensure validity of its contents. The Agreements require design around the Club’s chosen model, operational activity and other contextual factors that impact on the details contained in the Agreements. The Legal Agreements Bundle is considered one of the most important modules in the foundation of a Private Cannabis Club.

Personal / Private Model Management Module

The operational management of a Private Cannabis Club requires the Club to take accountability for a bunch of procedures aimed to direct its activities. It includes, amongst others, Process Planning Flowcharts – documents imperative to the operation of the Club – and Standard Operating Procedures and Forms needed for management duties, subscriber management and other vital processes.

Cultivation Management Module

Regardless of the Club’s chosen model, it would still need to carefully plan and manage its cultivation activities. Traceability forms part of both models, although with stricter requirements for the Personal / Private Model.

The Cultivation Management Module is used for Private Cannabis Clubs to plan and manage the cultivation the Club’s Cannabis. It consists of handy Standard Operating Procedures and Forms to optimize the efficiency of the cultivation operation.

Employee Management Module

As with any other organization, employees need to be managed according to the Labour Act Requirements. The Employee Management Module addresses Human Resource processes such as Employee Interviewing & Onboarding; Employee Evaluation & Development; Employee Satisfaction; Grievance and Disciplinary Procedures and Employee Leave Processes – all detailed by the relevant Standard Operating Procedures and Forms attached to this Module.

Information Management Module

The Private Cannabis Club’s requirements for privacy must be reflected in how the PCC deals with information it receives. In line with the relevant legislations, South African organizations must comply with the POPI Act as of July 2021. Environmental Management Module

The Environmental Management Module enables the Private Cannabis Club to monitor its effect on the environment and make use of eco-friendly options in its operations. The Private Cannabis Club assumes responsibility for the contribution it may make to pollution and this Module assists the Club to measure its pollution and plan to reduce or compensate for it.

The Environmental Management Module is not considered fundamental to the Club’s existence, but portrays a further commitment to the environment, testifying to the character of the Club.
